If you enjoy all types of BBQ why not stop by the Smokin’ Eagles 4th Annual BBQ Festival this weekend? From 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sat Aug 13 to 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.on Sunday Aug 14(when the judging awards are given) watch BBQ teams compete, enjoy BBQ, beverages and music. The event is held at the Gateway Harbor again this year. Check out www.sebbq.comfor more information.  I have followed this event from the beginning and enjoy strolling around watching the teams prepare their BBQ  masterpieces .  Hope to see everyone there!!

This rib dinner included soft and tender ribs with a coleslaw that had a sweet and not a vinegar taste.  There was a choice of ribs, pulled pork or beef brisket from Skin & Bones a group from Florida. There are so many different food items at this event you will certainly find a dinner you enjoy! I would love to hear from my readers if you attended and what you selected for your BBQ treat!
