Everyone is invited to the Lockport Theatre Organ Society’s “Pizza & Pipes Party” on Monday. There’s no admission charge for an informal program featuring ten very talented organists at the console of Lockport’s only Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ. Doors will open at 5 p.m. on July 20th, Monday at Senior Citizen’s Dale Association Building at 33 Ontario St. It’s a great way to meet new friends, folks come and go at their convenience. You can meet and greet old and new friends. Pizza beverages and cookies are available for sale around 6 p.m. for anyone who might care for a snack. Here is an opportunity to learn about theatre pipe organs and how they are different from pipe or electronic organs in churches. LTOS members will be happy to answer any questions about the organ.
