This event looks like it can help business owners get a great deal of information in a shorter amount of time. If you are a business owner it’s something new that will let you get to know what’s available in our local area.
Everyone is invited enjoy a “Speed Marketing” event dubbed “Wednesday at the Winery” on Wednesday, January 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Vizcarra Vineyards which is located at Becker Farms on Quaker Road in Gasport.
This event, sponsored by the Royalton-Hartland Business and Professional Association (RHBPA) and Absolut Care, features local businesses at different stations or tables around a room. Visitors to the event go from station to station to visit each business for a few minutes, learn about that business and what they offer. When time is up, a bell rings and visitors then move to the next station, eventually completing a circuit around to each station.
There will be food to sample from local restaurants and Vizcarra Vineyards will be offering free wine tasting. There will also be a cash bar. “Some businesses will have a few giveaway items so we have a nice gift gathering bag for everyone who attends,” says Helen Feron of Absolut Care of Gasport who is organizing the event. “Wednesday at the Winery promises to be a great way to get to know local businesses and what they have to offer. We are pleased to be working with the RHBPA to sponsor this event which is fashioned after the Speed Dating concept,” she adds. “I am sure it will also be not only enlightening but enjoyable.”
Twenty-two stations are available and a few openings for any local businesses that might want to have a table and be part of the Speed Marketing Wednesday at the Winery event.
